I've been coaching for a few years now, and the biggest thing I've learned - both for me and for my clients - is that inner confidence is the key to it all.
There are all kinds of strategies, ways of thinking, patterns of behavior and practical tips for improving your life and feeling better about yourself, but they're all redundant if the foundation isn't there. That foundation is the real you, the you that you know deep down you are. The trick is that it takes confidence to find that and to bring out who you are – here are the two keys to real inner confidence.
Fear gets to the best of us, whether it is fear of failure, fear of success or even fear of fear. All of us have experienced fear at some point in our lives and it can be a real stumbling block that holds us back from being truly successful.
Fear can’t hold you back forever if you don’t let it. There are several ways to overcome fear, here are my top 9:
SEPARATE REALITY FROM PERCEPTION
Ask yourself what is really going on, locate the facts and place them over your feelings.
IDENTIFY THE TRIGGER
Figure out what it is in a situation that triggers…
For both personal and professional growth, hiring a professional who can help you meet your goals and increase your productivity is viable. If you need someone who can evaluate your current goals and help you seek the right life path and purpose.

Being a small business owner often means wearing a number of different hats. How many of you act as the CEO, the general manager, the accountant, the salesperson, the computer technician, the secretary, the receptionist, etc.?
Many entrepreneurs try to chase too many targets at once and end up overwhelmed rather than focusing on their business. They spend all their energy carrying out daily tasks leaving little time for the most important part of their business - their own business!
To avoid this, spend some time focusing on your business and decide which strategies will be most helpful in developing your own…
Life consistently presents us with challenges and changes and at times this can lead to us feeling stressed. Planning how to manage and cope in various life situations, and finding out which coping skills work best for you, is the key to succeeding with stress rather than experiencing distress. This article contains ideas for coping with stress and also acute emotional crises. Here are some ideas for coping with stress:

What do you want to achieve? Before you actually set up, decide what you want to achieve with your business. If you are already in business, review where you are going, are you clear about this? Take time out to think about and write down your goals for your business?
Write it down

The thing is, it's easier to find excuses for why you should keep something and delay making a decision rather than making a firm (and sometimes difficult) choice to say goodbye to your "stuff."
Here are my favorite excuses...
"I might need it someday."

The answer that you are looking for may be found in goal setting. Too many teams overlook this factor, which may be…
I recently spent some time revising my personal vision/mission statement for my coaching practice. While doing this, it occurred to me that the vision I have for my work is closely related to my personal vision. Having a job that reflects my personal vision is powerful because it has allowed me to create a business life for myself that truly reflects who I am.
Companies know all about vision and mission statements and getting their employees on board. Vision and mission statements propel the company in the direction that they want, and ultimately towards success. Many of us have spent countless…
"You know, there are two good things in life, freedom of thought and freedom of action." by W. Somerset Maugham. This is an amazing and powerful quote that everyone should stop and really think about. There’s nothing better than having your own freedom in your life. This can be accomplished by taking action and learning to manifest your life to its fullest potential. One shouldn’t have to put their needs, goals, and dreams aside simply because you don’t think they’re important or worth the chance of coming true. This concept that your dreams are never going to come true and…
